‍ ‍ Terms and Conditions

By using our drop-off or pickup services, you agree to the following:

Wash & Fold: 8 lb minimum per order.
High-Risk Items: We may require a "Consent to Clean" waiver for delicate items. We are not liable for damage once consent is given.
Specialty Items (Suede/Leather/Fur): 2-week minimum turnaround. We are not liable for color loss, shrinkage, or surfacing of natural hide defects.
Pockets & Loose Items: Please empty all pockets. We are not responsible for lost items (jewelry, cash) or damage caused by items left in pockets (pens, gum, etc.).
Unclaimed Property: Items left over 6 months (NY State Law) or unpaid for 30 days will be donated or repurposed.
Liability: Our liability for any lost or damaged article is limited to 10x the processing charge for that item base on the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide
Reporting Windows:
Lost Items: Report within 5 business days
Claims: Items will be considered lost 30 days after the initial claim is filed per international Fabricare standards
Concierge: We are not responsible for items before pickup or after delivery to a building concierge.
Satisfaction: No refunds. If unsatisfied, return the unworn garment in original packaging within 48 hours for free re-processing.
